Key Responsibilities
* Handle German-speaking client bookings for accommodations and hospitality services through various communication channels.
* Provide detailed information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and local attractions to assist clients in making informed decisions.
* Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client preferences are captured and confirmed.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date with hospitality industry trends and offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
Requirements
* Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
* A minimum of B2 in English.
* Experience in hospitality booking, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
* Strong enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of hospitality services and destinations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer support.
* Ability to manage customer issues efficiently and professionally.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses covered.
