Job Mission As a Working Student - Business Solution Management (Support Role), you’ll support the team at Tibber in advancing the energy transition and increasing the speed of smart meter rollout. In doing so, you help to have a positive impact on the climate and save our customers money. You will immerse yourself in the world of the electricity market and help to make the most of the latest regulatory developments for our customers. You’ll work data-driven, cross-functionally, and with a clear focus on both innovation and growth. What you'll do ✅ Stakeholder communication: Building strong, professional relationships with DSOs and partners; managing outbound/inbound emails and timely follow‑ups. Information gathering: Requesting, tracking, and consolidating data from stakeholders; keeping timelines and contact details accurate. Email excellence: Drafting clear, polite, on‑brand messages; creating reusable templates to speed up responses. Data & spreadsheets: Maintaining clean trackers in Google Sheets/Excel. Meeting coordination: Scheduling short calls; preparing agendas; capturing notes, decisions, and next steps. Documentation: Keeping Notion pages, FAQs, SOPs, and email playbooks up to date so others can self‑serve. Internal collaboration: Aligning with Ops, Tech, and Partnerships; surfacing risks early; keeping Slack threads organized. Process improvement: Identifying small changes that reduce back‑and‑forth; streamlining trackers and workflows. AI prompting: Using AI assistants to draft emails, summarize notes, and clean data—always reviewing outputs for quality. What we're looking for⚡ Communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills; professional email etiquette and clear summaries. Language skills: Fluency in German (C1) for DSOs/partners and English for internal collaboration. Customer mindset: Empathetic, service‑oriented, and reliable—you close loops. Problem solving: Able to research, clarify, and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Technically literate: Comfortable in a tech‑driven environment; quick to learn new tools and systems. Spreadsheet skills: Confident with Google Sheets/Excel Tools: Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word & Excel, Slack, Notion, and Miro. AI interest: Curiosity or hands‑on experience with AI prompting for drafting and data tasks.
