As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic team of Abiomis, based in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable financial services provider that has built a solid reputation in assisting companies.
About the Role
You will be responsible for handling day-to-day corporate-legal administration, including incorporation, liquidation, and dissolution of financial companies. Your tasks will include preparing and organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, opening bank accounts, and more.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day corporate-legal administration for financial companies, from incorporation to liquidation/dissolution.
* Prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes and resolutions, open bank accounts, and more.
* Be the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
About You
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, investment company) in Luxembourg.
* Strong language skills in English, with French as an additional asset.
* Able to adapt to a new team and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
* Developed autonomy in your role, from constitution to liquidation.
* Able to adapt to a human-sized and dynamic structure working on processes and procedures.
* Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent experience.
