Regional Manager Germany (f/m/d)
Based in Germany and in close cooperation with our Operations Management Europe you are responsible for the continuous and sustainable growth of beeline´s Concessions business in one Region of Germany.

Your tasks:
* Contributing to the global steering of international Operations and co-leading operational and strategic decision processes in your Region.
* Developing a sustainable operating model in your region to gain efficiency in all processes and structures contributing to the EBIT of the company.
* Ensuring the continuous performance and development of 15 direct reports (District Managers) and approx. 200 indirect reports (Mobile Merchandisers) – including e.g. recruiting, engaging, coaching and upskilling.
* Supporting the District Managers in negotiations with business partners concerning operational improvements leading to a trustful relationship with the partners.
* Independently preparing, forecasting and interpreting sales planning and identifying, developing and communicating plans to achieve regional sales goals.
* Taking over the role of a key user to support projects or process improvement within our global organization.
* Influencing and ensuring an end to end perspective in alignment with Key Account Management to ensure a satisfactory partner relations.
* Facilitating change management processes to ensure beeline´s digitalization journey.
* Monitoring and maintaining compliance of all policies and operation procedures and ensuring beeline´s corporate values are lived.
Your profile:
* Academic degree in business or a related area
* Significant professional experience in a Retail & Operations management executive role, preferably in an international environment
* Strong Leadership & Talent Development approach
* Extensive knowledge of fast-moving retail businesses
* Result-driven personality
* Strategical thinker with an hands-on and costumer-centered mentality
* Professional communication and negotiation skills in German and English (any other language is a plus)
* Experienced user of MS Office applications
* Willingness to travel intensively across the region and Western Europe
