As Director Sales Coaching u2013 Europe, you will define and lead our Sales Coaching and Enablement strategy, elevating the performance, execution, and capabilities of our sales teams across the region. This hybrid position located in Germany offers significant international exposure and requires up to 60% travel. You will provide strategic guidance and direction for sales excellence initiatives, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement to achieve sales goals.
