Key Responsibilities :
ThePurchasing Department is looking for a Junior Procurement Referent to support the rollout of a software solution complementing the company’s financial system, Microsoft Dynamics. The project is led by a cross-functional team involving Purchasing, IT, and Accounting, with the objective of structuring and optimizing procurement-related data during the system implementation phase.
The will support the preparation and reconciliation of procurement data required for the system implementation.
Main responsibilities include:
• Reconciling procurement data (general ledger accounts, product items, product groups) between system tables and accounting specifications
• Supporting the preparation and structuring of data for the software configuration
• Collaborating with Purchasing, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure data consistency
• Participating in data validation and quality checks during the configuration phase
• Providing operational support to the project team during the system rollout
Your Profile :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured data in a rigorous manner
• Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
• Professional proficiency in English (daily working language)
• Basic knowledge of German would be considered a plus
Your destination :
Based in Berlin, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategic digital transformation project within the Purchasing Department. The Junior Procurement Referent will work in a cross-functional project team alongside IT and Accounting stakeholders and will report to the Head of Procurement / Purchasing Director.
This assignment is for a duration of 12 months.
