We are scaling internationally and redefining what’s possible in supply chain tech.As our Customer Success Manager DACH, you will play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring customers continue to benefit from it, while identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. You will also be the voice of the customer within our company, contributing to the further development of the Peripass solution. ResponsibilitiesManage the entire implementation of our solution and keep track of scope, time and budget. You will cooperate with our Implementation Consultants who handle the physical implementation on customer sites.Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realization, empowering customers to adopt and configure the solution themselves.Maintain excellent customer success by staying in close contact with customers and ensuring maximum return on their Peripass investment. Cooperate with the Customer Support Advisor to solve more complex issues.Take initiatives to improve our processes in Customer Success to enhance customer satisfaction with Peripass.Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities.Work from home when desired, with occasional travel to customer sites. Every 6 weeks, visit the Ghent offices to connect with colleagues and participate in onboarding and company activities. QualificationsAt least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years of relevant SaaS experience.Experience building a strong customer journey and ensuring customer happiness with the product.Ability to develop professional yet warm relationships with client contacts.Strong analytical and process optimization skills.Experience working with senior management and communicating clearly across departments (facilities, supply chain, operations, IT, finance, etc.).Diplomatic, yet assertive when needed.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.Understanding of information security and cyber security; comfortable with handling security considerations within Peripass.
