We're supporting an innovative and fast-scaling biotech company in Germany in their search for a Director of Product Launch & Supply Chain. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end launch readiness and global supply chain strategy across a pipeline of cutting-edge therapies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional product launch planning from clinical handover through commercial distribution
* Build and optimize global supply chain operations (CMOs, logistics, inventory, demand planning)
* Partner closely with regulatory, QA, manufacturing, and commercial teams
* Ensure compliance and readiness across EU and global markets
Requirements
* Proven experience in supply chain and product launch within biotech or pharma
* Strong leadership in a high-growth, international environment
* Fluent English (no German required)
* Willing to relocate to Germany – full relocation support provided
