As the HSE Consultant for our Early Access phase, you will help shape a safe start for a brand-new HelloFresh site in the Benelux. In this role, you will work closely with the HSE Manager and local project team, using our DNA values like "Customer Centricity" and "Learning Never Stops" to continuously improve how we work.
Act as the on-site HSE point of contact during the Early Access and pre-operational phase, collaborating closely with the HSE Manager, project team, and external contractors.
Keep the construction site in a safe condition after handover by monitoring daily activities, checking work areas, and addressing unsafe situations with the people involved.
Support the setup of the emergency response (BHV) organization on site, including evacuation planning and alignment with local stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree and an MVK or HVK qualification, or a comparable combination of education and experience in Health & Safety.
Strong knowledge of Dutch Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments (RI&E), and practical experience with contractor safety and permit-to-work systems.
Confident communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to address unsafe behaviour in a clear and respectful way.
