My Client is looking for a Director / Senior Manager, B2B Sales & Business Development, EU at a growing organization specializing in travel / sporting goods products (e.g., luggage, bags, etc.). This is a new role / headcount.
This position is REMOTELY based in the EU (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy).
Details:
1. Product background: Experience in luggage / bags is not required but is a significant plus. Relevant experience in similar categories such as apparel, footwear, accessories, or fashion is essential.
2. Sales / Business Development: Proven strong sales and BD experience, including establishing B2B relationships and connections with corporate accounts (private brands/labels and retailers in the EU). Ability to secure orders for OEM / ODM brands and retailers is mandatory.
3. Financial Responsibility: Full P&L responsibility.
4. Geographic Scope: EU.
5. Hands-on approach: Must be proactive and involved in day-to-day activities.
6. Team Development: Willing to grow, hire, and develop a team from scratch when appropriate (timing is flexible and depends on the candidate).
7. Compensation: Budget is open for discussion based on experience, plus commission.
