In 2024, Lowe Corporation acquired Lotsenbüro, and as we continue to grow and integrate our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to help shape our brand presence in Germany, drive strategic marketing campaigns, and contribute to the ongoing success of both Lotsenbüro and Lowe Corporation. The Role This role reports the Managing Director in Germany and will be based in our office in Hamburg, alongside the current team based at the office. The successful candidate will be an ambitious Marketing Specialist who is keen to accelerate their career within a fast growth, lean environment. This is a broad marketing role with exposure to different marketing platforms within a growing global team. Key responsibilities will include: Marketing Implementing the regional marketing strategies in conjunction with the Managing Director. Implementing day-to-day marketing activities including social, email, PR, website content, association account management and trade shows organisation Creating high level online content and material for publication throughout multiple platforms Creating, managing, and testing email campaigns to key sectors and reporting on key statistics Managing inbound enquiries and the content of our CRM, ensuring customer follow ups are in-line with company KPI’s Working with the digital team to continually improve SEO performance Assisting with the company’s participation at exhibitor trade shows, ensuring brand visibility and maximising opportunities Arranging and coordinating interviews with colleagues and customers to use as content through our channels Staying up to date with PR and industry trends Contributing to the on-going planning, development, and execution of the company's online marketing strategies. Occasional travel throughout Europe Qualifications Experience & Qualifications As a people orientated organisation, the successful candidate must be a fit for our core values; Listen, Empower, Accomplish, as well as having the following skills and experience: Essential Degree level with marketing as a major component A minimum of 2 years' experience within a fast-paced marketing environment CRM experience Superb organisational skills Social and long format copywriting experience Excellent proof-reading skills High level of interpersonal communication Fully proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Must be passionate about marketing culture Excellent presentation skills Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills Strong commercial acumen and curiosity. German and English speaking Ad-hoc travel across the UK and Europe will be required in this role. Desirable Email marketing experience Digital campaign planning and delivery Industry experience within hospitality, public sector or construction.
