Job Purpose
The Partner Development Manager establishes, develops and maintains strong professional relationships with Tungsten Automation’s strategic partners within their assigned territory (DACHEE). This position focuses on building and enhancing relationships within Tungsten Automation's partner ecosystem, including Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSI), and Independent System Vendors (ISV). As a Partner Development Manager, you will work closely with the Tungsten Automation Sales team and Alliance Partner Program Team to grow and accelerate strategic partner’s direct and indirect revenue. This role will also involve recruiting and onboarding targeted partners based on a defined recruitment strategy. This is a remote role covering the DACHEE region and open to people based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary or Poland.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development
1. Develop comprehensive alliance strategies aligned with corporate objectives
2. Create joint business plans with strategic partners
3. Identify and execute GTM opportunities to grow partner business
4. Design governance frameworks for alliance relationships
5. Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to grow their business
Relationship Management
6. Build and maintain C-level relationships with strategic alliance partners
7. Orchestrate executive alignment between partners and Tungsten Automation Sales teams
8. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
9. Drive executive briefings and strategic QBR reviews
10. Navigate complex organizational dynamics that help accelerate partner business
Program Management
11. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships at strategic partner organizations
12. Collaborate with Partners to establish frameworks and playbooks to drive pipeline
13. Create success metrics and goals for partners to accelerate growth
14. Manage alliance-related risk and compliance
Value Creation
15. Identify joint value creation opportunities with strategic partners
16. Develop shared GTM initiatives
17. Create joint go-to-market strategies
18. Design collaborative solutions
19. Facilitate knowledge sharing of partner program
Operations & Governance
20. Establish alliance governance structures
21. Develop operational processes and workflows
22. Create reporting and tracking mechanisms
23. Manage alliance documentation and partner agreements
24. Coordinate cross-functional resources
25. Oversee partnership reviews and assessments
26. Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Experience
Qualifications
27. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
28. Master's degree preferred
29. 8+ years experience in alliance management or similar role
30. Fluent in German and English language skills
