Specialist Project Management Corporate Architecture (m/w/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of timelines, milestones and overviews for Corporate Architecture project completion
2. Support the managing of all aspects of the project-planning and development processes
3. Manage Corporate Architecture projects from kick-off, through design and technical drawings creation and coordination on site
4. Planning of internal and external events including timelines, budget, event set up and coordination on site
5. Development of guidelines, toolboxes, reporting
6. Support further development of strategic processes of Corporate Architecture projects
7. Insuring of communication streams within and across departments and functions
Profile of Qualification:
8. Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in International Business, Corporate Development or a related field an advantage
9. Professional experience in a planning or management position
10. Industry and management certificates an advantage
11. Fluent German and good English skills
12. Organisational skills, attention to detail to minimise delays and multitasking on a variety of projects
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to coordinate all project objectives with the help of various departments
14. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with suppliers, colleagues and customers
