This is also the case regarding market and business insights: As a Senior Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure that Fresenius' success is sustainably secured through the further development of critical market and business insights and their integration in our strategic positioning and messaging to audiences within and outside the company. Your assignments Own and evolve Group-level market and business insights processes and tools including, e.g., competitive peer group reporting, market newsflash and others Drive regular and ad-hoc market and business insights activities across various business areas, including through use of advanced data and analytics techniques Perform targeted research, analytics and insights to provide effective fact base required in strategy formulation, strategic positioning and communication efforts Inform strategic company positioning and messaging suitable for internal and external stakeholder communication at various levels Contribute to strategic projects of various kinds by leading appropriate work packages Engage with broad set of stakeholders in functions, business units and external partners to collect and disseminate data and insights Your profile Successfully completed master's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or natural sciences, preferably supplemented by an MBA, specific research or a comparable postgraduate qualification Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of business insights and analytics, strategy development, market intelligence or similar, preferably in an international life science group or through projects or research leadership in the life science or healthcare sector of a top management consultancy Very good knowledge of life science and healthcare sectors with a focus on e.g. generics, medical technology and/or healthcare services, ideally paired with an emerging network in the international area Familiarity with relevant data sources in the healthcare space including product, market and financial data and business performance KPIs along the value chain Strong analytic and data management skills and experience with use of appropriate AI technologies Strong ability to think cross-functionally and to build and maintain professional relationships Experience in cooperating with and managing professional interfaces Very good language skills in German and English, Spanish is an advantage
