Your new adventure
In this role, you will support the company’s management by preparing and presenting relevant information, analyses, and reports to enable effective corporate planning, control, and decision-making.
1. Finance Business Partner for a business unit
2. Preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and participation in the development of budgets and strategic plans
3. Creation of target vs. actual analyses
4. Preparation of decision-making documents
5. Process analysis and optimization
6. Collaboration and independent responsibility in controlling projects together with colleagues from the respective departments
7. Representation of company performance through the creation of internal and external reports
Your experiences and skills
8. Completed degree in Finance with a specialization in Controlling or Accounting, or a university degree in a different field and initial experience in Controlling, or a business-related education
9. At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment
10. Structured and independent working style
11. Confident use of MS Office, SAP; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
12. Very good English skills, German is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
