Manage and optimize our digital HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) to enable efficient HR processes Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external providers Analyze, model, and improve global HR processes as part of our digital transformation initiative Translate HR needs into user-friendly, scalable digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable qualification Ideally first experience with ServiceNow (HRSD). We support with HRSD certification process, if needed. Familiarity with other HR systems and the interaction of the various systems is desirable. Professional experience in process modeling Solid understanding of HR processes/end-to-end solutions and how they can be supported digitally in an international context. Experience in international project environments and working with global stakeholders Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between HR and IT Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a commitment to continuous improvement. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
