About the Role:
* Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive regional business development and expand market share
* Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and exceed targets
* Cultivate strong relationships with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies to facilitate business expansion
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
* Represent Yamaha at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry with a track record of success
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions for live sound and touring applications
* Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire international teams
* Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and ability to analyze data and KPIs
* Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA and ability to leverage data insights to inform business decisions
* Fluent German and English language skills
