Your tasks
7. QA-side evaluation and response to complaints about medicinal products and medical devices from the national and international area, e.g. checking retained samples and batch documentation, obtaining comments, preparing response letters
8. Assistance with PQR submissions
9. Participation in the preparation of evaluations, e.g. KPIs or inspection preparation
Your profile
10. Degree in pharmacy or natural sciences
11. Professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, preferably in complaints processing desirable
12. Basic IT skills, e.g. MS Office
13. Very good to fluent German language skills
14. A careful and systematic way of working
15. Ability to communicate and work in a team
16. Initiative and ability to work independently
