Your tasks Maintenance and troubleshooting of various business applications including the interfaces connected to them as well as archive systems and Windows clients (HCL Domino and Notes, Microsoft Office Suite, IQDoQ HyperDoc, VisiTour, DictNow, but also individual software solutions of the medical service) Packaging & deployment of software packages via software distribution (PDQ) Administration and maintenance of databases (Firebird, Postgres, MS-SQL) 1st and 2nd level support on site or remotely for our employees including analysis, solution and problem management Support in various IT projects, both in the conceptual co-design or independent realization Collaboration with specialist departments and external service providers Your profile A successful degree as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training Professional experience in a comparable position, experience in the field of medical services or health insurance is an advantage Sound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Windows 11 clients Knowledge of Linux is an advantage Good knowledge of the above-mentioned products (HCL Notes, Microsoft products, database administration, preferably Firebird, Postgres) Experience in automated software distribution, ideally with PDQ A strong service orientation and high flexibility Independent, reliable and self-reliant way of working as well as team spirit and good organizational and communication skills German language skills of at least C1 level are required for creating documentation and communicating with employees and external partners Knowledge of SQL, programming and scripting languages is desirable And above all: enjoy working in a team!
