Your Tasks
1. Administration and maintenance of the classified IT environment (Microsoft file server, Active Directory, Genua security products)
2. Monitoring, maintenance and optimisation of the system landscape, including patch and release management
3. Support and implementation of user training
4. Documentation of IT processes, procedures and standards
5. Support and advising users on technical queries and troubleshooting
6. Collaborating on the further development of the security architecture and IT security guidelines
7. Implementing and complying with security requirements in accordance with IT baseline protection
8. Collaborating with internal and external security officers and authorities
Your Qualifications
9. Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable IT training
10. Good knowledge of network technologies, firewalls, VPN, Windows servers
11. Several years of experience with IT security products from Genua and the associated IT infrastructure
12. In-depth knowledge of IT baseline protection and IT security management in accordance with ISO27001
13. Independent, structured and service-oriented approach to work
14. Ability to work in a team, confidentiality and a high sense of responsibility
