We are seeking a People Partner for 12 month FTC to join a business service company based in Dortmund, Germany. This exciting opportunity offer the ability to manage a client base of 170 employees. You will be acting as a strategic people partner to the management team and employees for this entity. In this hybrid role, based from the office 3 days per week, you will provide support with your local expertise, advise, coach, and contribute your experience and knowledge in line with the businesses growth ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead on negotiations, information, and consultations with our Works Councils.
* Drive engagement amongst employees through our quarterly engagement survey and on site initiatives
* Built trustful relationships with managers and employees and act as a partner
* Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
* Implementation of global and central HR measures, policies and processes at local level, taking into account legal, employment contract and personnel requirements
* Ensure that HR processes and methodologies are correctly communicated, known and applied.
* Deal with disciplinary matters, such as warnings, redundancies and similar matters
Requirements:
* 5 years of proven experience as a People Partner or relevant human resources position.
* Knowledge of local labour laws in Germany and ER experience.
* Experience of working with a global shared service
* Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience in Workday is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Comfortable with change and transformation
Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 PA
