As a Design Engineer at Sonia, you’ll be responsible for creating user-centric, conversion-optimized designs that not only look great but perform. This is a hybrid role where design excellence meets technical execution : you’ll design and implement landing pages, marketing assets, and user flows that directly support growth and engagement. You’ll work closely with our marketing and engineering teams to craft consistent and compelling experiences—across the entire user journey, from first impression to loyal user. Design and launch high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels Create visual assets for ads, campaigns, and brand communication Optimize checkout and onboarding flows for maximum conversion Write and refine UI copy to guide users and support product messaging Translate ideas into prototypes and polished user interfaces (Figma to code) Implement your designs using React, TypeScript, and CSS Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging Work independently, take ownership of quality and iterate quickly based on feedback You’ll thrive in this role if you bring You are a multidisciplinary designer who bridges the gap between aesthetics and performance. You have experience working in dynamic environments (startups, small teams), are highly self-directed, and hold a high bar for quality in your work.
