What you will do
With consumers being overwhelmed with the amount of communication they receive daily, every customer interaction is a moment that counts and providing the best digital experiences is crucial to our customers’ success. As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, demonstrating how Adobe Experience Platform and Real-time CDP can help transform and elevate their customer experiences. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and IT to uncover business needs, craft compelling use cases, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value of Adobe’s data-driven customer experience solutions.
We are searching for a Unified Customer Experience Consultant
1. Inspire customers to favour Adobe’s Customer Experience solutions by demonstrating how Adobe solutions solve for customers business challenges and driving and leading solution evaluation
2. Exhibit thought leadership and driving innovative approaches to successfully lead engagements with consistency independently.
3. Deliver engaging, technical demonstrations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-time CDP to prospective clients.
4. Drive complex discovery processes to uncover customer needs and difficulties across strategic customer organizations
5. Translate customers’ complex data strategies into clear, actionable solutions aligned with their business goals
6. Establish relationships internally at Adobe & with customer points-of-contact up to C-Suite
7. Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert and actively provide technical guidance to both customers and internal partners
8. Effectively manage ecosystem resources
9. Keep informed on the Customer Experience Management market and technologie trends.

What you need to succeed
10. Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales - preferably in martech or adtech
11. Strategic understanding and expertise with SaaS and cloud-based technologies and their implications
12. Excellent Subject matter expertise with customer data platforms, data platforms, digital marketing ecosystems, API-based integrations, data ingestion and activation
13. Bonus: expertise in web/app analytics, personalization engines, customer journey management and / or Adobe Experience Cloud Applications
14. An excellent understanding of digital technologies in general web, mobile, CRM, media destinations, email, onsite personalization, IoT
15. +5 years experience in digital business driven companies
16. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
17. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
18. Ability to listen, analyze, and solve business problems
