Your main tasks:
Portfolio Strategy Management:
Seize the opportunity of new ideas by conducting analysis using various sourcesBuild idea or project business cases for new products & roll-out of existing products by aligning on the assumptions used with regions / market units / Business Unit.Conduct analysis to define future portfolio and optimization opportunities for existing portfolio through profitability, growth potential, and complexity analysis.Continuous reporting of market strategic dynamics, strategic competitor activities (partnerships, acquisitions, new competitor entry, investments, etc.) in key markets.Create new launch codes by aligning Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing to ensure seamless MTS planning cycles.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio gaps to identify strategic opportunities.
Performance Management:
Track existing product performances and conduct critical analysis on plan vs. actual deviations in responsible region.Track the business case evolutions through the planning cycles until end of the projects.Conduct post launch evaluations for all new product launches by comparing business case deviation from project approval to actual sales.Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Thinkcell.Performance analysis against competitorsEnsure high quality data available for analysis by contributing data quality improvement initiativesYour profile:
You have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in portfolio strategy/management, business analytics, data analytics in the Clinical / medical nutrition, FMCG (Food), consultant companies (big 4) in global scaleYou hold a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics (MBA degree a plus)You bring excellent skills on assessing and reporting complex analysis in global level.You have experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data for business plan development.You have the ability to analyze high level of data with attention to details and drive clear conclusions out of analysisYou have the ability to moderate decision making through all levels of hierarchy via scenario building.You have a strong business and financial accumen and your are digitally savvy and eager to implement new analytical tools and trendsYou bring expertise in market and competitor insights analysisYou have a high operational discipline and ability to manage recurring reporting cycles.You communicate simple and to the point with ability to report outcome of analysis to senior stakeholdersYou have excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skillsYou have high intercultural competencies and you enjoy working in complex, international environmentsYou have an excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point), Power BI, ThinkcellYou are proficient in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
