Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anwendungssupport, Applikationsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im IT Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Enterprise oder Softwareunternehmen
Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Server Umgebungen, einschließlich Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs), sowie grundlegende Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure, insbesondere Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) und Cloud Anwendungen
B. nach ITIL), inklusive strukturierter Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen
