As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/ process documentation
To be well-prepared for your path as a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/ or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days

Language: Fluent in English & German at least B2
