Your tasks
9. Scheduling of required raw, finished and auxiliary materials for orders on the basis of specified material master data to be created
10. Creating technical inquiry and order texts that comply with specifications and regulations for order inquiries or orders from suppliers
11. Participation in the technical, scheduling and factual review of offers and order confirmations from subcontractors
12. Creating planned orders for work preparation on the basis of design documents (parts lists, drawings, specifications)
13. Defining optimal batch sizes of stock parts, monitoring inventories and determining optimal times for internal production and external replenishment
14. Regular close internal coordination with purchasing, quality assurance, design, work preparation, production and order control center
15. Creation of purchase requisitions for the quotation system
Your profile
16. Basic technical training (e.g. in metal cutting or apparatus engineering (welding) with additional training as a technician or master craftsman
17. Confident in using SAP R3, knowledge of AutoCAD an advantage
18. Experience in the disposition of materials in a technical environment
19. Fluent German and good English skills
