What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the voice of top global companies for your language market
* Provide exceptional support across phone, chat, and email
* Guide and influence sellers and clients toward success
* Drive engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Dutch (C1/C2 level)
* experience in customer service, telesales is a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Team player, motivated, and ready to grow
