Your seat to fill:
1. Shape and execute a holistic brand and communication strategy in collaboration with the VP Marketing, aligned with CYBEX´s business and commercial priorities
2. Lead the annual global campaign and communications calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling and impactful brand presence across all markets
3. Oversee the development and deployment of integrated marketing initiatives, across digital (social media, SEO) and traditional channels (print, PR, events)
4. Develop and deliver compelling communication strategies, including key visuals, messaging, creative assets, and PR plans- ensuring brand consistency and resonance
5. Co-own the product and trade marketing strategy, delivering scalable toolkits to support omnichannel sales and retail execution
6. Execute all national and international ATL/BTL marketing communication activities in line with CYBEX’s strategic goals
7. Inspire and manage a high-performing communications team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand Portfolio Management teams to drive impactful campaigns and increase brand visibility
9. Manage the communications and marketing budget define KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
10. Build strong relationships with agencies, media, and partners while ensuring compliance, governance, and continuous improvement based on market and stakeholder insights
Your stroll to CYBEX:
11. Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
12. Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a global lifestyle, design, or a premium consumer brand
13. Deep expertise in communications combined with a broad marketing background across product, trade, and international marketing, while staying ahead of communication trends and stakeholder sentiment to proactively adapt strategies
14. Proven leadership experience managing international teams and cross functional stakeholders
15. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and high personal drive
16. Pragmatic, collaborative, and down-to-earth working style that inspires trust and action
17. Strong affinity for lifestyle, design, and premium consumer products
18. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
19. Willingness to travel internationally as required
