Your tasks
6. Development of complex components: You will play a key role in the design and construction of sophisticated exterior components such as spoilers, bumpers and trim strips.
7. Creative freedom: Contribute your expertise to the development of concepts, taking into account design, aerodynamics, production and assembly.
8. Work with state-of-the-art software: Create and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using the common CAD systems CATIA V5 or Siemens NX.
9. Coordination with partners: You will coordinate regularly with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Technical responsibility: Carry out tolerance analyses independently, select suitable materials and evaluate production processes such as plastic injection molding and metal forming.
11. Project support from A to Z: Accompany your projects from the initial idea to the final series release.
Your profile
12. Sound education: You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or plastics technology or have a comparable qualification.
13. Experience in the automotive industry: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the development of exterior components in the automotive industry.
14. Structured and independent way of working: You work independently, target-oriented and are at the same time a valued team player.
15. CAD skills: You are confident in using modern CAD systems, preferably CATIA V5 or Siemens NX.
16. Technical understanding: You have a strong knowledge of material and production-oriented design.
17. Strong communication skills: You have a very good command of German and English.
