Strategic HR Partner
The role of an Strategic HR Partner is crucial in aligning business needs with HR initiatives. As a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the two departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews, ensuring consistent application of performance appraisal criteria.
* Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
* Analyze HR metrics to support business decision-making and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
