About This Role
We are seeking an exceptional support professional to manage calendars, prepare materials and handle administrative tasks for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate calendar events and ensure seamless communication with the management team.
* Develop agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for meetings.
* Take minutes as needed and distribute them accordingly.
* Assist with travel bookings, expense management, and internal event coordination.
Administrative Support:
* Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document formatting.
* Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting visitors.
* Support office supply inventory and ordering processes.
* Handle incoming/outgoing courier and postal services efficiently.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager roles.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with good knowledge of business administration principles.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and collaboration software is essential.
* Analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing are critical skills.
* Attention to detail, effective communication, flexibility, and agility are necessary for success.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
* Preparation and presentation skills for letters, presentations, and reports are essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment is crucial.
This is an exciting opportunity to start immediately on a 3-month contract with potential extensions.
