Experience is a plus, but passion and motivation are what count! Description du poste Your Main Responsibilities: In the kitchen: Prepare ingredients for the dishes. Clean, disinfect, and peel vegetables. Prepare appetizers, simple dishes, and blended items according to the chef’s instructions. Monitor cooking times and ensure consistent quality of all preparations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations. Prepare staff meal trays when required. Guest interaction (open kitchen): Take orders and provide guidance on dishes, wines, and cocktails. Serve dishes following hygiene and service standards. Engage with guests professionally, creating a positive and welcoming experience. Profil recherché Your Profile: Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow. Reliable, autonomous, and able to work as part of a team. Versatile and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Friendly, attentive, and comfortable interacting with guests. Well-organized, punctual, and familiar with hygiene standards. Fluent in English ; German is a strong advantage.
