Site Manager – Industrial/Refinery Project

A major international energy group is executing a
refinery modernization and energy transition project
* Process unit retrofit
* Utilities and infrastructure upgrades
* Safety and compliance
As
Site Manager
, you will act as the on-site lead responsible for:
* Daily coordination of contractors (civil, mechanical, E&I)
* Interface between EPC firm, client site team, and HSE staff
* Monitoring of construction schedule, logistics, and permits
* Participating in daily site meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager
* Punch list management and handover to commissioning
Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in
industrial/ EPC site management
, ideally on:
Refineries, chemical parks, hydrogen or gas processing facilities
* Experience managing
multidisciplinary site teams
* Strong knowledge of
German construction regulations
Preferred
* Experience with
hydrogen
* TUV / SCC certification or equivalent site HSE qualification
* Engineering degree in Mechanical / Process / Civil preferred (but not required if equivalent experience)
