Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and improve existing compliance management systems, including creating and refining local policies, process specifications, and internal control systems.
* Regularly assess the current situation and optimize all processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Conduct compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners in accordance with relevant guidelines, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
* Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in compliance within an international organization, showcasing your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
* Qualification in compliance management or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
* An academic degree in law, business law, or business administration is preferred but not mandatory, as we value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
* Proven experience in planning, implementation, coordination, and supervision of a compliance management system, highlighting your leadership skills and strategic thinking.
* Track record of achievements in education and training of employees in compliance matters, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand complex topics and explain them in a comprehensible way to non-specialist persons.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments and cultures.
* Proficiency in common MS-Office applications and advanced business English skills, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing.
