About the Role Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to identify individual and collective skills development needs. Logistics Organisation and Monitoring: Manage session planning, organise meeting invitations, ensure participant attendance, and handle administrative tasks such as invitations, fees, agreements, and certificates in coordination with internal teams and external service providers. Partnerships with Training Organisations: Identify potential training partners and coordinate their involvement. Facilitation and Coordination: Coordinate internal or external trainers, organise training sessions, and contribute to the implementation of training materials. Evaluation of Actions: Collect feedback from participants, analyse KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Administrative and Budgetary Management: Monitor budgets, manage invoicing, coordinate relationships with OPCOs or funders, archive documents, and produce necessary reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Office Tools and HR Platforms: Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, training management systems (TMS), HRIS platforms, and e-learning tools. Languages: Professional fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in French is a definite advantage. Organization and Rigor: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, adhering to established procedures and timelines. Service-Oriented and Attentive: A deep understanding of the needs and expectations of managers and employees, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions. Pay range and compensation package Fixed annual gross salary: starting from €27,000 and up to €30,000 based on experience. Remote work: Possible 2 days per week (during periods excluding on-site client training). Paid vacation: 7 weeks per year, which is 3 weeks more than the 4 mandatory weeks in Germany. Transportation: 50% reimbursement for the home-to-work transport subscription.
