Near Patient Nurse

About The Role

Join our Near Patient Program supporting the TRICARE Overseas mission.
Core responsibilities include:
* Medical Case Management: Oversee and coordinate inpatient care for patients
* Communication and Coordination: Facilitate smooth transitions of care upon hospital discharge back to the responsible military treatment facility
* Patient Advocacy and Support
* Ensure patients understand their treatment plans
* Act as an intermediary between treating medical teams and patients, including language support where needed
About You
* Registered General Nurse (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience and registration to practice in Germany
* Recognized qualification to minimum diploma level or equivalent experience (demonstrated through portfolio/CV)
* Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including typing, MS Teams, and quickly learning and navigating new systems (e.g., CRM/Salesforce and other platforms)
* Proficient in German and English
* Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license with no restrictions
* Passionate about international healthcare
