By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining strategies that align with our business objectives. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will transform complex data into actionable strategies that fuel our success and growth. Other responsibilities will include :
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, measure performance, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and assist in long-term strategic planning
Analyzing use and adoption of CRM, reviewing sales reports, and evaluating other revenue operations-related technologies
Working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring cohesive revenue strategies, and delivering training, documentation, and support to the sales organization
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Serving as the subject matter expert on software & services sales and financial reporting
Your Competencies :
~3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
~ Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable insights
~ Acumen to analyze sales data and create actionable insights, utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI
~ Experience from IT software, services and/or distribution organizations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely
Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively
Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
