💼 What will you do?
* Designing, training, and deploying models that power AI search recommendations while leading and mentoring a small DS team
* Developing novel algorithms that reverse-engineer LLM behaviour, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production
* Architecting scalable data and ML systems across pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving
* Writing and reviewing production-grade code
👤 Who were looking for
* A senior data science leader who has personally owned and scaled complex ML systems from research to production, not just overseen others who do
* Deep, first-principles understanding of LLMs and AI search, with solid systems instincts across APIs, pipelines, and production infrastructure
* The communication skills to translate complex technical work to executives and customers
* Background in high-growth startups, top-tier tech companies, and/or research
