* Design and maintain the SuccessFactors solution architecture (EC and Talent Modules).
* Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, change requests, and rollouts in alignment with HR
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and security policies.
* Collaborate with business partners and vendors to assess feasibility and design scalable solutions.
* Drive release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
* Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture
* Deep understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)
* Familiarity with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy (GDPR).
* Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformations.
* Structured, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
* Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
