For our location in Munich, we are looking for energetic support in operational parts management as part of a temporary project (duration: 01.04.2026 to 31.12.2026).

Your tasks
10. Independent parts management: You will be responsible for the operational control and monitoring of all development components for the high-performance drives of BMW M GmbH.
11. Demand planning & coordination: You actively support demand planning, manage inquiries to specialist departments (including upgrade requirements) and coordinate procurement closely with project management.
12. Interface coordination: Together with purchasing and logistics, you manage the smooth procurement and on-time storage of all components.
13. Documentation & Overview: You always maintain an overview and precisely document the current assembly status as well as the respective parts usage.
14. Workshop control: You create workshop orders and coordinate the timely provision of all components for assembly.
15. Prioritization & Problem Solving: In case of bottlenecks, you manage the prioritization of components and assembly dates and clarify all open questions directly with our manufacturing and assembly partners.
Your profile
16. Solid foundation: Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., automotive mechatronics technician, electronics technician, etc.) or a comparable qualification.
17. Technical expertise: Initial technical experience in the field of drive technology (internal combustion engines and/or electromobility).
18. Mindset: Strong interest in and enjoyment of project management and communication with many different interface partners.
19. System know-how: Confident handling of MS Office applications; ideally, you already have experience with BMW-specific tools (e.g., ABT, DAVE, SPEED).
20. Language skills: Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, for daily coordination.
21. Personality: You impress with your team spirit, reliable and structured way of working, and the ability to maintain an overview even under high dynamic conditions.
