About the role:
* Responsibility for the smooth operation and optimization of inkjet printing systems
* Planning, control, and monitoring of inkjet production (quality, deadlines, costs)
* Setup, calibration, and continuous improvement of printing processes
* Analysis and troubleshooting of print and process issues
* Leadership, training, and professional support of the inkjet team
* Collaboration with production, engineering, quality assurance, and external service providers if required
* Selection, testing, and implementation of new inks, materials, and technologies
About you:
* Completed degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Negotiation skills and confident appearance in internal and external coordination
* Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
