Key Responsibilities:
* Develop product training plans based on business strategies and needs for internal and external target groups, manage area training representatives, collect regular monthly training plans and reporting
* Mainly focus on developing/localizing/translating product training materials, plan and execute training sessions based on requirement
* Implement new product training, enhance the sales capabilities of products, collect and analyses training result
* Creation training videos and training budget management
* Track the training process and continue to improve the training coverage rate and efficiency
* Assess training effectiveness through questionnaires or spot checks, and improve solutions accordingly
* POS training and help on launch event and Exhibitions. Managing local training programs and events by needs
Qualifications:
* You have 3-5 years experience in conducting training sessions, ideally in a technical or manual trade environment
* You possess strong didactic skills and can tailor content to suit different target groups – both for in-person training and digital formats
* You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and enjoy sharing knowledge
* You are communicative, empathetic, and present yourself confidently in front of groups
* Commitment, energy & charisma, you inspire teams, impart knowledge and ignite motivation
* Excellent communication, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit
* Strong analytical skills and willingness to travel
* German is a must and good in English
