In order to strengthen our Perfume Sales business unit based in Munich, we are recruiting a talented:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PERFUME - GERMANY, AUSTRIA AND NETHERLANDS

Reporting to the Country Director, you are responsible for developing Bulgari perfumes in Germany, Austria and Netherlands. You are fully accountable for driving the business within your key accounts, primarily but not limited to Douglas, Flaconi and Parfum Dreams, and for ensuring the highest level of profitability as well as the luxury positioning of Bulgari Parfums.

Verantwortungsbereiche

1. Manage all aspects linked to strategic and commercial business development, including sales and marketing, pricing alignment, forecasts, budgets, yearly & long-term planning, and building brand equity consistent with the DNA of the maison.
2. In close collaboration with the Country Director and Retail Manager, create and implement a business plan for the markets and the assigned key accounts that reflects the strategy of the brand and the specific goals of the country.
3. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of negotiations, including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and final agreement execution.
4. Define priorities and allocate budget and resources in alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
5. Ensure distribution is compliant with high standards of the brand and execute flawlessly at points of sale.
6. In charge of forecast and assortment optimization based on business unit guidelines, country priorities, and profitability targets.
7. Fully accountable for key accounts’ sell-in, sell-out, market share, and ranking results.
8. Manage P&L with a clear objective to improve Operating Profit (both in value and percentage vs. NS) and Contribution Margin.
9. Produce quantitative and qualitative results’ reports and proactively look for solutions and opportunities.
10. Build outstanding business relationships and strong partnerships with key internal and external actors.
11. Plan and lead direct negotiations with a strong strategic view and clear short-, mid-, and long-term vision.
12. Provides leadership and support to colleagues, energizing the team and advancing progress.

Profil

13. At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong background within the fragrance or luxury industry in Germany.
14. Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent education.
15. Confirmed negotiation skills and a proven successful track record in business strategic planning and execution (sales, marketing, team management, and market development).
16. Good knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization.
17. Excellent utilization of IT reporting tools.
18. Perfectly fluent in English; any other language is an advantage.
19. Flexible and mobile for 25% business travel.
20. Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust at all levels and in a multi-cultural environment.
21. Energetic person with a positive mindset, proactive, and solution-driven attitude.
22. Solid team player with strong strategic and analytical skills.
23. Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships and motivate people around you.
24. Able to work autonomously at a high pace and adapt rapidly to a fast-changing environment.
