Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Team Assistant to support our growing team in day-to-day operations. As a key player in our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing administrative tasks, and assisting in the coordination of team activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior team members and assist in daily operational tasks. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the team. Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Help manage documentation and ensure records are accurately filed and up-to-date. Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding new team members. Handle basic HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with benefits administration. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day office inquiries, helping to resolve any issues that arise. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. English is required, fluency in German is a big plus. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). A proactive, can-do attitude with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with basic HR or recruitment-related tasks is a plus. Why Join Us?
