The Opportunity:
An exciting leadership role at a fast-scaling, international IT services group with strong private equity backing.
The Role:
We’re looking for an execution-driven and technically strong Finance to lead the accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes across all entities. This role goes far beyond technical finance: you will play a central part in aligning and integrating disparate finance teams, systems, and practices into a unified and professionalized function. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead and develop the local finance team with additional oversight of the finance functions in the other international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop finance teams across multiple locations
Own the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements (HGB & IFRS)
Standardize accounting practices and drive consistency across group entities
Implement and optimize ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Lucanet, SAP)
Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
Act as a sparring partner to the CFO and provide decision-critical financial insights
Your Profile:
~10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in a PE-backed or multi-entity environment
~ Deep expertise in consolidation and balance sheet structuring
~ Strong working knowledge of IFRS, HGB, and multi-GAAP environments
~ ERP implementation experience (Lucanet/SAP a plus)
~ Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
~ Fluent in both German and English
