Compensation Specialist Role
This key position in our HR department is responsible for driving the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits processes. It aligns these with our Total Rewards strategy, while advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits topics.
Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in business administration, economics, law, social sciences, or a comparable field. They must have professional experience in HR or finance within a company and/or consulting firm. Strong IT user skills, especially in MS Excel, and fluent English language skills are required. German language skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits topics
* Supporting the development, adjustment, and implementation of compensation & benefits processes and initiatives in collaboration with other HR departments
* Conducting complex analyses in the area of pay equity
* Assisting in the execution of a global project related to sales compensation
* Performing job evaluations and maintaining the global job evaluation database
* Participating in annual processes, particularly the Annual Salary Review and Global Bonus Plan
* Collecting internal and external data and participating in benchmarking studies
* Preparing information sessions on compensation and benefits for employees and developing professional communication materials for employees and managers
