Corporate Finance Expert
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the corporate finance service, conducting fair valuations across various asset classes, intangible valuations, and M&A transactions. The role also involves developing financial models to support these activities.
* Expand the Corporate Finance Service by reinforcing the execution team;
* Conduct fair valuations across main asset classes (e.g., private equity, real estate, and private debts);
* Perform intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries;
* Support M&A transactions;
* Develop and review business financial models;
* Assist in transaction supports (buy-side and sell-side due diligences).
Requirements include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on corporate finance, 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance services, and strong analytical and communication skills.
