Key Responsibilities
* Sales Growth Driver: Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and meet or exceed assigned targets
* New Business Developer: Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
* Contract and Forecast Preparer: Prepare annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts to ensure accurate planning and execution
* Customer Contact Specialist: Serve as the primary customer contact for satisfaction and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and improvement of services
* Market Trend Analyst: Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition and adapt business strategies accordingly
* Data Management Specialist: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and documentation to support informed decision-making
Requirements
* Educational Background: Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of technical sales experience in an industrial environment, with a proven track record of success
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
* Negotiation and Contracting Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers and suppliers
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional German skills are highly valued but not necessary
