Job Title: Visionary Product Management Leader
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly driven and experienced leader to oversee the regional strategy, positioning, and lifecycle management of our veterinary imaging portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in product management and a passion for advancing imaging solutions that elevate veterinary diagnostics and pet health outcomes.
* Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the overarching vision for the imaging diagnostics portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Define and evolve the regional portfolio strategy, including product positioning, lifecycle management, market differentiation, and a multi-year roadmap.
* Product Leadership:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including target market identification, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools.
* Lifecycle Management:
Owning the full lifecycle of the imaging diagnostics portfolio - from market introduction through growth, maturity, and sunset.
* Monitor in-market performance, customer feedback, and service data to inform product enhancements and portfolio decisions.
